email to website linking???

hello,
is it possible to compose an email such that when the recipent opens the mail a particular website is opened (similar to popup) automaticlally without clicking on any link.
i need this to promote my site among my friends in yahoo groups.
please help me

I am not sure if this is possible but if it is then it would be used by people spreading viruses therefore it would be disbaled by the email provider.
Just place a link, if they want to go to the site then they will. If it autmoatically opens and they didn't want to visit your website then they would simply close the window so your still no better off.
