How do I make an email-me link using Dreameaver?

you dont need dreamweaver to do that, just go to the source code page and type in "mailto:[email protected]"

Theres an image which I've hot-linked and whenever someone clicks there he'll be able to send an email, how do I email-link a hot-link?
