I was installing my monthly repair of windows when all of a sudden it told me "Windows is currently in safe mode. Setup will continue after restart". Now, this did not worry me much. I went into the advanced startup menu before the windows loading screen and chose Start Windows Normally. I did this and then it told me it could not find some windows files (duh). So then I started the setup again and it showed the windows loading splash and did its thing. Then it did the same error message. The Safe Mode words and stuff are in the corners. I put it in safemode trying to fix something, but forgot i put it on /safeboot.
I can not find any way to get it out of safemode so that XP can start the install/repair.
I do not know ANY reason why installer would be even reading the boot options from the old windows...
