Empire at War without a cd/dvd

OK. when ever i bu a game i want to back it up in case anything happens to the cd/dvd. i have empire at war (star wars). i can use a no cd/dvd crack for v1.02 but not the latest. when i patch with the latest patch and crack v1.05 it doesn't work. i need the latest path for online play. it has been around for a while so there should be a working crack. i have tried all the cracks i have found for 1.05 (GBW, GCW, MCW, etc) if any1 can help it will be greatly appriciated.

That OP knows where to get the patch, and is still posting his problem because it won't let him play online, proves his innocence, as Online play is rarely capable outside legal copies. Cracked servers exist but he wouldn't have trouble playing them. Just a reminder to those quick to judge.

Gamecopyworld's 1.05 patch didn't work, right? I'm stumped then. It just doesn't allow the game to start, when using one of these "correct" patches?
