end of half life 2 episode one.

How do I destory the atast in half life epsiode one? I tried it with the rocket launcher, but it didn't work. I don't know the name of that powerful machine. So I called it the atast, because it looks like the one in starwars Rouge squadron. :D Can anyone give me a hint on how to destory it? Thanks.
 
They are called striders. The rockets kill them it just takes a few more. Prob about 6-7.

If you are talking about the strider at the train station than a crate of rockets are on the other side of where you are.

I can take some screen shots if you need.

if you search long enough which i had to do for about 3 hours before i found it i realized i was supposed to keep going in searching for a way to the other side of the train station. (i dumped all of my ammo on that son of a bitch with no luck.

finally i found a way across the top one of the train carts you are running through and i found a way to the other side.
on the other side there is a (you know infinite rocket boxes)
sitting there.

then you can kick his ass.
