ENERMAX LIQMAX III 360 SF ARGB AIO CPU Liquid Cooler​


I am looking to buy this water cooler for my I9 12900k since the air cooler can't handle it at full load, over 100c and thermal throttles.

By the looks of the cooler fan is mounted. Does that mean it sucks air within the pc case and blow it out the pc case?

I am buying this water cooler because it has 360w TDP, which should be enough for 12900k

any better cooler out there within similar price range?
