Enough Power?

Preator, instead of making a new thread I will just ask here, you apear to be very good with computers .

I have a Box that came with 4 fans, 420 Watts.
I also have everything mentioned in my sig', I would like to add that the ATI X800XL does not need a power conection from the Power suply, (smaller nano size dunno which)

Could I add some lights (cathode, 2 of them) and a PCI fan (For GPU and for extra lighting) with my current power suply?

Could you recomend a good brand where I can buy a case with a nice PSU, around $100 or less, (I still can return this case, so I probebly will)
