I'm working on a new computer build and came up with this:
Mobo: EVGA 132-BL-E758-A1 LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard
Video Card: EVGA 01G-P3-1284-AR GeForce GTX 280 SSC Edition 1GB 512-bit GDDR3
Proc: Intel Core i7 920 Nehalem 2.66GHz
Mem: CORSAIR XMS3 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit
HDDs:
1x Western Digital Raptor WD740ADFD 74GB 10000 RPM
2x Western Digital Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB 7200 RPM
2x DVD+- R/ CD RW drives
Sound Card: HT OMEGA Claro Halo 24-bit 192KHz PCI Interface Sound Card
Now I'm pretty sure those parts will all work but what I'm not sure of if the power I'll need to run it all. I would like to get this power supply:
PC Power & Cooling S61EPS 610W Continuous @ 40°C
But it may not be powerful enough if it does dip below 620W.
IN that case i was going to get a
PC Power & Cooling S75QB 750W ATX12V / EPS12V
So will the 610W one be enough?
