enough power?

hey guys...
would this psu http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=15160 (OCZ Fatal1ty Series 750W Modular) be enough to run 2 GTX 560's in SLI with a i5 2500k overclocked to around 4 - 4.5GHz?

should be. There are numerous power rating calculators around, just take a look. Recommended power suppplies for SLI/Crossfire is 750 watts, so you should be good.
