Enter Password Pin to start computer

I tried to delete a program that was accidentally installed. It was hard to find a path to uninstall itself. But I did and then it would not allow me to continue without entering the pin needed to gain access to that computer! Why? It simply makes people wonder if pins really are hidden. After entering it, if there's any problems with the computer, it is pretty obvious who will be included in the list of suspects. If the company gets caught (say for impinging on consumer's confidence), of course they can just use an excuse like "We were stupid. We should have known we have allowed highly paid infiltrators." Something like that. I mean, who doesn't know about the psychological warfare going on today?

That's not at all why it asked for a pin. The likely reason is you were using a standard user account but the system needed administrative permissions to uninstall the app.
