Entering Power save mode

Hello

I've have two dell monitors (SP2309Wc) where i have Win7 on it. Everything seemed to work fine, but my computer enters Power saving mode at completely random times while im actually on the PC.
For example: I'm writing a document then suddenly my screen goes blank and it says "Entering Power saving mode" after which the green Power-light on the monitor changes orange-ish. When I try to wake it up again, by either pressing keys on the keyboard or move the mouse, nothing happens. The only thing I can do is hold the Power-button to shut my computer down and reboot it. This happens alot, no matter what I'm doing and I don't know how to solve it.

Can you help me?

Make sure the connections to the monitors are firmly made and the graphic card is firmly seated in the PC. It sounds like the monitors are losing the video signal. This does not explain all the symptoms. Presumably you are referring to 2 monitors simultaneously connected to 1 PC.

press it down with little force (not more) and see if the video card's PCI bracket touches the computer cases PCI slot where you screw it. also check it on other side where the PCI express pin is and see if it's in default position, if it's sticking out a little that means it's not sited well. also if you've one of those cases that have tool less design for the PCI slots check if they are not loose and if so screw the video card. check the power cable is pushed all the way in into the graphic card if you've one and check on both vidoe cards output and your monitors input to see cables are screwed all the way, if possible unplug the cable to check if the screw on video card or on monitor are not loose, and also check if you've good enoug hpower suply.
