Epson nozzle repair

I have this epson C43 printer but the problem is its nozzle or is that also called printer head seems to be dirty, is there a way to clean that, bec some service technician said its disposable. the printer head seems to be not in its cartirdge but attched on the printer.

Did you run the scan on the printer itself? It'll usually have a self cleaning setting that you can run through the printer for it to try and clean the heads if it's dirty or clogged. The setting should be somewhere on your printer; check your manual if you are unsure.

I have already tried that, i even cleaned the printer on the print head, the service techinician said i need to buy a new printer. well most printer now are like that.
