erm, i was wondering why my comp was overheating, then....

I noticed that the 2nd fan in my PSU was jammed...It has one on its bottom side and the back side, the one on the back is stuck. even if i shut off the power, there is a physical blockage when i try to move it, and when it's on, I can budge it in the opposite direction and see that the PSU is trying to make it spin...Now my question being, is it safe to take apart my PSU to unjam it or no?

Well if it is unplugged it is safe, otherwise find something online illustrating the innards of a PSU to help you and go for it. Just remember how you took it apart so that you can piece it back together.

It is actually not a good idea at all to take apart a PSU. I would try unsticking it from the outside.

Are you sure it's stuck?
Because with my Antec case, my PSU fan hardly ever spins.
Only when my comp is left on for hours on end, (14+ hours) even then... it doesn't run very long.
But in the manual, it says that's perfectly normal.

i'm pretty sure it's stuck...i've stuck a knife and tried to move it, but i can feel something physically blocking it, It takes a push to get it to movie...
