With the amount of issues you've posted on these forums, I would suggest
reinstalling your Operating System.
Your HP should have a Recovery utility built into a partition on your hard drive.
When you boot your pc, you should see a screen that says:
"Press F10 For Recovery"
Keep in mind you should back up all your documents first, such as your
pictures, Word documents, Music, etc.

thouh my error was diffirent ya might want to look and try some of these replys from Zatharus. im thinking your problem is related to permissions also. Even though my problem still exist but may fix yours.
