Error 643 with Vista Home Premium?

I just installed Vista Home Premium on my computer.New updates were available,so I downloaded them. When I got to the Security Update for Microsoft.net Framework,Version1.1,Service Pack 1 (KB929729), I get an error code 643 and the update does not install. How can I fix this?
