error 8007065E when trying to install updates

my wireless internet signal picker upper stopped working recently and my laptop told me i probably need to install updates for it but when i tried it failed giving me the code 8007065E. tried googling it but found nothing useful. can anybody shed some light on this for me please. thanks in advance

Are you talking about the wireless itself going out or the wifi catcher program that some laptops have? If it's the wifi catcher, you get that from your manufacturer, not windows update. What update are you downloading?
