error codes

When I run spybot I get an error code in a window that says ("Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c")with "Cancel" "Try again" "Continue" blocks that still give me the error.I don't know what this means or how to correct this problem. Is there a place to find out what these codes mean. I'm not to sharp with this stuff.
 
when are you running spybot ? normal logging ?
you can try it in safe mode as most services is disabled in safe mode.
Probably Spybot is trying to access files or location which is denied by windows, but i maybe wrong. but u can still try safe mode though
