when i try to use the office assistant....
it says require microsoft agent 2.0....
why is that happening?
when i try to re-install the core component...
it says Error creating process <C:\WINDOWS\msagent\AgentSvr.exe/regserver>. Reason: A device attached to the system is not functioning

what is that mean?:confused:
 
you computer is going to die take office off but before you restart back EVERYTHING up and then if it loads but into windows(99% chance it wont) you can load it back on (Microsoft office) if not reinstall xp soz.

i think i have solve this problem...

i couldn't wait...so i reformat it...
actually i know how to resolve this problem....
but i don't wanna reformat it becuz i don't wanna lost all the drivers and files...
like i said...i couldn't wait..so i reformat it...i need the pc...i need to do a lot of works...
by reformating it is the easiest method...i think...
