Error deleting file or folder message

I am getting this error when attempting to delete this folder from my flash drive. I have downloaded and tried 'Unlocker' and no can do. I am running on Windows XP.

Any suggestions as to how I can remove the folder?

ok go to it and right click and go to properties... check if its a rom file not sure how it could be but just being safe, why do you need it takin off?
