Error message 0X80070005

I insert my Window 7 DVD and then run setup.After clicking install the computer starts to copy files.
However,after a while I get the above error code and that is the end.

It indicates " unable to create a required installation folder"

All other DVD run fine.

Any idea what the reason is ?

This is usually caused by bad memory. Try known good memory. Or you can run memtest to test the ram.
