Error Message Help!

Every time i log on I get this message:

''Error Loading Sysdll32.dll ''

Anyone got a clue what it means, Ive had a look on the net but cant find any help.

Do you happen to have a Windows CD? If so, put the CD in (set CD-Drive to primary boot device in the BIOS), then repair your computer. However, I doubt you have the CD or know how to access the BIOS, and I can't be bothered to explain.
 
Try pushing F8 when windows first loads. (If it's Windows 2000 or XP) Choose safe mode and see if you get the same error message.
