when shutting down windows it gives me this message:

rundll32.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x00730687" referenced memor-y at "0x00730687". The memory could not be "written".

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

why is that? how can i remove it?
it's been here long ago, it's just that i didn't care much about it.

do a full scan with a antivirus, and then use ccleaner to disable all the unknown startup program.
I have friends with these messages at startup, with a little variations of the dialog. So I think this with surely help.

If u do not scan with antivirus, then some program will not be diabled. If u disable it, it will automatically enable itself. I have tried this and it worked.

i ran antivirus scan every single day. and sometimes there are viruses, sometimes not. when there are, they're all deleted but this problem persist.
anyway, today i tried typing 'windows' on the RUN program, when when windows was shutting down, the problem disappeared.
plus, i ended the process 'rundll32.exe' on the task manager.
plus, i've disabled some start up program through Tune Up Utilities.

all these have seemed to work.
