error message

When I try to start the merger application on the MSDE application in the Computer Management section of the Control Panel, I keep getting an error. The error is: "Error 1069: The service did not start due to a log on failure." And then shuts itself down, please help, this is one problem in a very complicated series of events trying to get this dang Application Analyzer to get up and working... Thanks guys...

a pic would help. Take a picture is hit the (Print screen sysRq next to the backspace or whatever). and ctrl +V hold paste it on paint.

r u sure that u have started all the required services that r related to that application.
