Error: please wait while Windows configures microsoft office 2003

Every time I try to open any program I get this message (attached). "please wait while Windows configures microsoft office 2003" then it configs and the program loads. Then I open a link or some other program and it does it again.

How do I get ride of this! lol thanks

try removing office 2003, and remove its preferences from program files, reboot reinstall again and make sure you do a full install.
if that doesn't work go here and download that tool and when you run it remove micosoft office 2003 in it.
