Error with TMPGEnc/DVD2AVI.vfp

Hi

I keep getting errors on TMPGEnc when encoding videos simular to this - "Read error occurred at 10006327 of module DVD2AVI.VFP with 019FA293". I get this on whatever file i try to encode. I copied DVD2AVI.VFP to the TMPGEnc folder so i dont think theres anything wrong there. Can anyone help? I have uninstalled TMPGEnc and DVD2AVI and re-installed them like 10 - 15 times now and i keep getting that dam error on TMPGEnc when trying to encode.

Are the movies CSS protected or have you ripped the movies from the disc?

I used SmartRipper to rip the Files to my PC, then used DVD2AVI to encode them and load them into TMPGEnc but then when encoding using TMPGEnc i get that error

I used to use Smart Ripper and I'm not sure It removes CSS
