Error Zhotkey.exe

Hello Everyone,
I am new to this forum, and really need help. When I boot up my computer i keep getting a error message stating "zhotkey.exe has encountered a problem and need to close." Do anyone know what that mean, and what i should do?

Thank you for the link to those sites. It seem as if i will need to run a hijack. By chance do you know what that mean, or were i can find it.
