error_machine_check

ok so i got a build done a few weeks ago, worked great for a while then i got a blue screen error
it said error_machine_check..
then it wouldnt let me start it up and would flash the error screen real fast and restart.. so i reformat it and it worked good, but its doing it again now, wtf
i was told it might be the ram, but i fliped floped the ram and takin 1 out at a time so i kno its not that, so what could it be and how can i fix it??

It could also be your power supply, if it's not supplying sufficient power to your RAM. Check that all the voltage rails are OK in your motherboard's BIOS.
