ESET SysInspector.

Just installed ESET SysInspector, and have a high risk process running.

c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v3.0\wpf\presentationfontcache.exe

Is this something I should be getting rid of?

Do you use any type of windows presentation foundation programs? It's a valid file, not malware. If you don't use any of those programs then follow the instructions here on how to stop the service from running.
