Ethernet driver help

Reinstalled the operating system on my computer and now I need to find my ethernet driver as well as my audio/video etc... drivers.
I know I can get them all online but I need to get me ethernet one on a disk so I can get it on my computer so I can get online to get the rest of them.

DELL Demensions 4700 service tag: 6DKC961
Windows XP Home Edition
modem is an RCA DCM425
