Which Video card do you think is better? The EVGA 7950GT or EVGA 8800GTS, the price difference is only $10 after the rebates. Can anyone post a link to a test between the two cards.

The 8800GTS is better by far!

Besides the performance difference, it also supports DX10. If your going to spend that much, why in the world would you buy a DX9 video card?

8800 definitely better. isn't DX10 incompatible with XP? make sure u have vista. is there any other OS that accepts DX10?

8800 can also run DX9, so it'll work with windows XP.

so yes, the 8800gts will rip the 7950gt to shreds!

I have to disagree, what good will it do to get a DX10 card now? The card makers haven't exactly mastered it and Microsoft is still fumbling around with it. Are you going to be using DX10? If so get a 8800GTS 640Mb or 8800GTX, if not, the 7950GT and 7950GX2 are the best DX9 cards apart from the X1950XTX
