EVGA 8800GTS Superclocked

Hi there, I live in the UK and I'm thinking of buying an EVGA 8800GTS 320MB Superclocked graphics card from the USA. It is stated as USA model backed by full US warranty by the manufacturer. Now the questions, will the USA model work on my computer here in the UK? And will it still be covered by warranty? Thanks.
 
I dunno about the warranty, but I do know that the PCI-e slot, and voltage, is standard. It's not like AC plugs.
