EVGA 8800GTX or 8800GTS?

Hey guys, I'm debating on which I should get...
The EVGA 8800GTS Superclocked 640mb - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130080

or the EVGA 8800GTX Superclocked 768MB

I will be mostly just playing FSX (Flight Sim X), and since DX10 support will be coming in the next few months possibly, I want and NEED to upgrade from my out of date Radeon X700PRO.

My question really is... will there be a GREAT performance increase with my specs below from the GTS to the GTX in FSX? Would the price difference be worth the performance increase. Also, I will be at some point purchasing a 20, 20.1, or 22" widescreen monitor. I'm currently only using my 17" Gateway LCD. Thanks a lot!

I had the same issue not long ago. Read for the GTS:

Read for the GTX:

Keep a note of BRAGGING RIGHTS. If you want a card for DX10 and Vista along with gaming, I'd do what I did. The GTS. Unless you're an AutoCad 3D architect, I didn't see why I should dish out the $$$ because you know the games that require the system requirements needed under the hood of a GTS are still a while away. Just remember that it's not like you can't swap out the card if need be later down the road. Probably a L--O--N--G road at that.

That's what the women say about a 50" penis. Bigger is always better BUT depending on budget the GTS should be fine. Wait for the other Simon Cowell replies to this thread before you make a decision.

Bragging rights, and potential selling value at some point are features i am taking into consideration..

I probably won't be buying anything until June anyway, as I do not have the money right now after just spending 1200 on the parts for my new/current build :). I really appreciate any suggestions
