Looking to buy an AIO tomorrow. Which one is better? Looking to cool a 9700k no extreme overclock. Mostly be used for gaming. EVGA CLC 280mm or Corsair H115i PRO/RGB?

Whichever one is cheaper or looks that you prefer. Honestly performance wise, both of those are pretty good for an AIO since they're 280mm.
