EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti

I have been looking into buying a video card, because my current one barely runs Skyrim at 20 fps (varies between 15 and 22 fps ) on the lowest settings, using the AMD Radeon HD 7450, which came with my PC.

I did some research and decided that the best card to fit my budget was the GeForce GTX 650 Ti, which scored high on Tom's Hardware benchmarks (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-650-ti-benchmark-gk106,3318-11.html).

Nvidia produced a list of GTX 650 Ti cards here: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-650ti/buy-online
My budget is $200, but can raise if the card is much better for the extra money.
Which one do you think is the best? ( price is really not of any importance, because all but one are under $200 .)

I am not good with the GPU terminology.

what is your computer's power supply?

and for 200 an HD 7850 is WAY better than the 650 ti. Check anandtech.com for benches comparing the 2 and it beats it in that, and they released new performance drivers a few months ago that for whatever reason they haven't updated to yet and apparently aren't going to.

Psu

My PSU is the DPS-300AB-73 A, which I believe is 300W and also will need to be upgraded. I bought this computer with low GPU and PSU for price and to be upgraded later.

PSU correction

After using a bit of Ohm's law ( Wattage = Amperes * Voltage ) I came out with 450W, which I am pretty sure is what I actually got, so I may not need an upgrade. However, I am confused about this:

The PSU enumerates the separate outputs as so:

+12Va 12A
+12Vb 16A
+5.08V 13A
+3.3V 12A
+5.08Vsb 2A

I multiplied them all and added them to approx. 451, but the PSU also says:

MAX POWER 300W AT 25 degC
MAX POWER 250W AT 50 degC

So yeah...

The output is measured by the 12v rail.

That's a low quality one, if you put any load on it then the caps would burn out and you might blow it which can take out parts of the computer. I'd recommend grabbng the corsair cx500 while it's on sale, then either the 7850 or the 650ti but compared to the 7850 and the 7850, its price is too high.
