I need help to make sure that it is compatible and it would fit. I don't want to buy this and flup up. Don't worry about the power, i have a 800w power supply already upgraded.

Can you measure the length of the motherboard?

you will need to remove the tv tuner card that is in the pci-e x1 slot just under the 1st long pci-e x16 slot. you can then place the 760 into the top long black slot. your case will fit it just fine, and your board will handle with out issues as well.
