evGA Warranty

It's a lifetime warranty, I beleive that if the card isn't physically damaged but has problems then it is under the warranty. Does this mean we can OC and still apply for warranty if it gets messed up (aka fries).

P.S. Do we have to buy it from the evGA site to get the warranty, or can we buy from Newegg?

P.P.S The card I'm getting is a geforce 7900 gt KO version.

If I remember correctly you can OC it as high as you want. But maybe that´s just my memory playing tricks with me...
