exe files problem

my problem is when i try to download an exe file i can't opening it and when i scan it its gone,look to the photo below and see what its says when i open it; says:"windows connect access the specified device,path,or file.you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item",and look to the icon exe file in the photo;why it look like this.

try to load as administrator

What is the reason for blocking out the name of the exe?

i have tried that but still no working,and sry for blocking out the name of the exe coz its forbidden just i don't want anyone know,now what's the problem?

make sure this "forbidden" program will work on windows XP. that may be the issue.

How exactly is this a "Forbidden" exe? With all the censoring in that screenshot I'm fairly confident in saying you are trying to get help for something we normally wouldn't help you with. I'm going to close this.
