Experience with this board?

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with this particular motherboard:

Gigabyte Z97P-D3 Intel LGA1150 Z97 ATX Motherboard (4x DDR3, 4x USB3.0, 10x USB2.0, GBE, LAN, HDMI)


Is it a good board? Are there any problems I should know about?

It's a Gigabyte, they're one of the best brands, sure it's fine!

Being made by a good brand means its more likely to be a good board, but that alone does not make it one. All companies even the ones with the best reputations have been know to make poor products from time to time. The best thing to do is search online for user reviews and look to see if people are having common issues which may suggest that there are possible faults in the manufacturing or design.

MSI is considered one of the better brands for motherboards and GPU's. That said, my MSI motherboard is garbage. Reviews for specific items is your best bet for finding out quality, although brand is something to take into consideration.
