Experiencing Strange Problems

I have had a random shutdown after a restart, I had a game closure and shutdown last night. I have no idea what's going on, I am running CCleaner and doing a VirusScan right now. Hopefully that will reveal some issues. Plz leave some known causes.

Do you have autorestart on? If you do, then windows just automatically restart your computer in the event of a crash. Disable that and you might be able to see what caused the crash. Just press Windows key and pause and break button, then under advanced or something there should be a windows debug section, I have vista now so I'm just recalling this from memory.
