experiencing sudden blue screen sometimes

My computer is experiencing lag and sometimes sudden blue screen in which I could only force to restart my PC.

My config
Antec Neo Eco 400c
Asus P8b75-m (basic board bought in 2013)
CPU Intel i5 2400 (bought in 2011)
4GBx2 RAM (kingston bought in 2013)
No external display card or sound card.
No optical drive

Connected to FOUR internal 3.5 HDDs. They are 1T, 2T, 2T and 4T
All of them are going ''RED'' under my computer. They are almost full.

Running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
I don't normally turn off my PC. It runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I only turn off the monitor when I sleep or leave home.

What is the reason for the lag and the blue screen? (not very often but it could happen sometimes)
Is it because of the possible defected hardware that I don't notice until it fails completely?
Or is it because my system is not good for even just being idle for 24 hours? and I should turn off my computer from time to time?
Or is it because there are not enough storage on either one of my all four HDDs??
Or is it because I often start too many programs or too many tabs on Chrome/Firefox browsers??
Or should I not use 64bit windows but 32bit instead??

What's the reason? Thank you!!

Thank you so much everybody!

What do you see when using bluescreenview?

Usually what you're describing is RAM related, you could run a few passes of memtest86+ to see if you exhibit any errors.
