It opens in a small frame and I need to expend it to full page each time , how do I make it open on full screen?

Windows explorer or Internet Explorer?

If IE then open it up. Click and drag the top part of the window to the top and far left of the monitor and then let go. Then go to the bottom right corner of the window and you will see when your cursor becomes a diagonal arrow then click and drag the window to the bottom right of your screen, then let go. Then exit the window and reopen IE and it should open full screen.

Its IE but it still not opening in full after I stretched it like you said

Right click on the IE icon in the task bar. Right click on Internet Explorer. Click on Properties. Make sure run is on normal or maximized.

its on normal, I try to maximized and still same problem, not opening in full
