Exporting email files

Hi, I am with Aussiebroadband and I use Aussiebroadband webmail which uses a Roundcube platform.

I have changed to Bluemail because Aussiebroabband webmail does not allow you to block emails.

But I cant find anywhere that let's you export files from aussie to Bluemail.

Is there a program I need to download that let's me export them.

I have tried asking aussie but they weren't even interested.

If anyone could help I would be very grateful.

Set it up in something like Outlook and export a PST of your email.
