Extarnal to internal??

Is it possible to take one of my external 500gb hard drives and put it into my desktop? It would just be easier for mee seings i have 2 500gb and a 250
 
Typically the hard drives that are in external enclosures are standard hard drives. See if there is a way to pull the enclosure appart to get the hard drive out, once you do that you should be able to put it in your computer.
 
i already have a new one for my OS, a 500gb wd. I just want it in there because i have around 460 gb of movies and it would be nice to just have it there. that ones a WD, my 250 is a few year old seagate that won't be worth the time. i will be putting in a third that will either be 500gb or 1 tb. i will try whenever i know my build is good and up and running
 
yes you can do that, buy an external hard drive case (3.5") and put it in, hook it up, and done.

My external hard drive, is a laptop hard drive (2.5") and i bought the case and put it together myself.
