extended ram failed @ offset 1b?

i keep getting this error while trying to boot my computer, i've tried correcting my bios settings but i can't get into the computer still |:
it gives me pages of nothing but @$%&#^%*??@#$^??//213462?!#$%!
what does this mean and how can i fix it? |:
its an HP
 
Could you give a bit more detail? Is it BSOD, or does the POST sequence look like gibberish?
Have you tried to overclock it? need more info, then we can help

EDIT: Sorry, my fault, you said it was RAM problem. Try re-inserting the sticks. Does the PC make a beeping noise at all?

all i know is its a pavillion xt914 so far, but thats on the outside.

it beeps a lot. hahaa.
uhm, removing the sticks is the first option? won't that just f me more?

i'm a n00b, i apologize. i have a lot of sick computers here and i don't have any that are fully functioning..
