Extending extender?

Hi. I have a wifi modem and an extender. I live in a long apartment and the extender is not enough. Can I extend the range of the extender with another extender?

You really don't want to unless they use different frequencies between each segment.

Out of curiosity, how long is your apartment? Usually you can get pretty decent single AP coverage for an entire house unless it's made of stone or similar.
 
Yes it is made of stone and it is aroun 100 ft long. But is it possible to extend the range of an extender with another extender?
 
You are going to have poor wireless performance in doing so. 100' is not very far, can you simply move your existing modem to central to your apartment? And if not, what about running a cable to the other side of your apartment with an additional access point instead?

The lan cable goes from the router to one of the wall socket adapters, then uses the power cables in the house to send the data to the other power socket adapter, then you plug whatever you want into that. They do need to be plugged in on the same circuit, but potentially you could plug your device straight into that and/or plug your wifi extender into it in a much better position.
