i have two hp pavillo=ion laptops and a desktop. i want to replace the desktop with an external hd but want to be able to access shared files between both laptops. I know it can be done but a few hundred dollars is all i want to spend. Can any external hd do this or is there a better way to share files without both laptops being present. thanks any sug be greatly app.
