External Hard Drive no longer showing up

So, my dad was cleaning out my mom's computer the other day, and unplugged the Western Digital External Hard Drive, and later plugged it back in. Now, it will no longer show up. Every time it gets plugged back in, all it does is show that it's loading and something and says, "autoplay." That's all it will do now. It won't work on any other computer either.

I don't know crap about computers, much less external hard drives. Is it fried, or what? If you have an answer how to solve this issue or what's going on, please make sure you are very clear.
