External HD, Bad sectors!

I ran a HD tune scan on my external HD and it shows that i have bad sectors, are there any programs that can repair bad sectors?

cause everytime i put files on iget read errors.

Hmm. You can try CheckDisk (built in windows utility) to try to repair or flag off bad sectors. Go to a command prompt and type in chkdsk /f yourDriveLetterHere

Maybe it's a bad cable or drive? Corrupting data, etc?
