External HDD format to FAT32??

I use my Acomdata Puredrive external HDD to play movies and stuff from my PC to playstation 3. I recently reformatted the drive and it gives me the option to reformat using exFAT and then gives me options for allocation sizes. which setting of allocation size do I use for FAT32?

FAT32 uses 4KB by default but check if the PS3 can read exFAT as it is a little different than FAT32.
