External Hdd temps

is there a program that can detect external Hdd temps. i have speedfan and we all know its only for internal temps of the hdd.

anyone know or any ideas? thanks :D
 
You're external HDD would have to have a temperature sensor in it to see the temps, It may not actually have one?

the external that i know have used to be my other internal which i made external and it doesnt give me a temp. im running in through usb 2.0 if that helps at all? :confused:
